What a meeting note looks like
This is a real file Kikko wrote for a scripted workshop, trimmed. Everything above the transcript is plain Markdown you can edit.

Obsidian Tasks and Dataview
Action items are Tasks lines: owner, the moment it was said (⏱) and the due date (📅). Frontmatter (type, date, attendees, client, tags) is ready for Dataview queries.
Audio embedded
The note embeds its .m4a with ![[…]], so the recording plays inside Obsidian.
Your edits stay yours
Kikko never overwrites your notes. A new summary keeps your ticks and moves the old one under Earlier summaries.
Nokko, if you use it
Action items can go to Nokko’s Inbox. Tick one there and the meeting note keeps the tick.
